Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) is a program that helps people of all ages live their best lives.
It focuses on unique needs that relate to mental health and substance use.
Duties of this position include:
Transportation to and from the client; Open to traveling to surrounding areas of Rock County Regularly scheduled client assessment meetings Monthly meetings with a clinical practitioner and complete supervision logs Weekly 1-4 hour shifts with the client providing psychoeducational mentorship or skills development Daily documentation logs submitted on time and precise Various check-in meetings with manager To be eligible for this position, applicants must:
Hold a Bachelor Degree in the human services field or degree related to the human service field OR Hold a Master Degree in the human services field or degree related to the human service field AND Experience with mental health and substance abuse Ability to facilitate meaningful and proactive services to clients undergoing mental health and/or substance abuse recovery Complete 20 hours of additional online training and competency, continuing 8 hours of training annually In addition, applicants must:
